Werribee Gorge State Park

Werribee Gorge State Park has varied, challenging and outstanding walks. It is one of Victoria's best and most rugged gorges. This magnificent 13 km circuit walk will include numerous viewpoints such as Western Bluff, together with Ironbark Gorge and the popular Werribee Gorge itself. It is mostly on foot tracks and of Medium grade but has some off-track parts and 2 river crossings (if passable), so care is needed and trekking pole(s) are highly recommended. Bring spare clothes and footwear to change into afterwards. Meet near Pony Club entrance and small car park on Mullum Mullum Creek (Buck Reserve), Reynolds Road, Donvale (Melways 34 H7) at 7.30 am for a 7.45 am car pool start..Walk finish will be about 3.30 pm (with arrival back at Donvale by about 5.30 pm).
